Postage and Packing

You can choose the delivery address for your order, making sending a gift from Pippocks very easy, but also means you could get a delivery sent to a friend or a family member, or maybe to where you work to make collection really straight forward.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Simply send us your purchase in its original state, with labels still attatched, and upon receipt, we will either send you a full refund or the product you would like to exchange for. If the new product is more expensive than the original product, obviously you'll have to pay the difference. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns must be sent at your expense.
For hygiene reasons, you cannot return earrings unless you can prove they were faulty at purchase.

Damaged Goods

We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged! If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state, claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt by email.

As the majority of products are handmade and individual, variations in shape and colour may occur. Photographs included on this website should be used as a guide only.
